1. Who is responsible
This assessment is operated by His Holdings, LLC, trading as AI Readiness Radar. You can reach us about privacy at support@aireadinessradar.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address, when you enter it to unlock the full assessment.
- Your assessment answers, both the quick scan and the full assessment, including partial answers if you do not finish.
- Basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the time of each step, used for security and to measure how the assessment performs.
We take no payment on this site, so we never see card details. Please do not enter confidential business information in the answers.
3. Why we use it
- To send you your results and a written report.
- To arrange a review of your business, only if you request one.
- To understand where people stop in the assessment, so we can improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
4. Our basis for using it
We use your information with your consent, which you give by entering your email and continuing. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your information.
5. Who we share it with
- Our email provider, which delivers messages to you and to us.
- Our scheduling provider, only if you choose to book a review.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers this site uses.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
That is the complete list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Analytics and cookies
We measure how far people get through the assessment so we can make it better. This is first-party and functional only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other sites.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are in contact with you, and for 12 months afterwards. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
8. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@aireadinessradar.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
9. Children
This assessment is for business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
